Great communication. Friendly staff, overall great experience!!

The Oral Surgery Center treated me with kind patience and respect. The receptionist went out of her way to fit me into the schedule at no extra charge to me. She contacted my insurance company so that I knew ahead of time exactly what to expect in terms of cost. The surgery team explained everything to me before it happened so I knew what to expect during the procedure. I was very anxious and the surgery team stepped back and helped me pull myself together before moving on with the procedure. I live an hour's drive away from the clinic and would drive that far again to have the excellent care that I received.

Everyone at the office as amazing. Very friendly staff. The Dr. and nurse did a great job explaining everything. They were all very professional!!!

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter was worried about having surgery, but she said the nurse and doctor were very nice to her and made the experience much easier. I was impressed with how thorough the nurse and doctor were with the post surgery instructions.

Location is great and easy to access. The office is clean, nice and feels welcoming. The team was friendly, responsive and professional. I felt everything was done quickly, efficiently but never felt rushed. Love the care package I was sent home with, nice touch.

I had three implants done by Dr. Steven Rodenburg. He is friendly and so knowledgeable, keeping up-to-date with current practices. He explained the procedure so well and I was made to feel very comfortable. I experienced no pain during the surgery, as well as afterwards; compassionate he is!! Follow-up calls made by him and his staff were appreciated. What fantastic, first-rate care I received! I’d highly recommend Dr. Rodenburg to everyone!

EVERYTHING! You went out of your way to rearrange my scheduled appointment twice at the last moment, your staff was friendly, professional, thorough, and my post-op experience was the BEST I have every experienced. I have had some bad experiences dealing with oral surgery in the past at other places - once ending up in Regions Hospital due to an infection nobody caught that almost killed me. Dr. Shearan and his crew have my complete confidence. They are the without a doubt, the best.

Dr. Rodenburg and team did everything well!! Thank you all for the excellent care!! Dr. Rodenburg is professional and caring. He is an awesome doctor. Also, thank you Dr. Rodenburg for the follow up phone call the night of my surgery. It was not expected but very welcome as it really helped through the process and expectations. Not to mentioned it says volumes on how you care for your patients!!

Everything! Very friendly, procedure went quickly and Dr. Shearen and the nurse kept me informed as to what was happening and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I was also given information on how to stay comfortable once the local anesthetic wore off. The receptionist caught me to hand me the copy of the bill I had requested (because I was forgetting it!) so I can file my flexible spending account claim right away and she also worked with me to put payment on a couple of different cards - all while being very friendly.
