We deliver quality care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash. In addition we participate with outside financing companies to assist you with the cost of your procedures. Please let one of our business assistants know if you would like information regarding these choices.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
