I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shearen at the Oral Surgery Center, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As someone who has been in EMS for the past two years, I’ve seen countless IV placements in medical and emergency settings. I can honestly say I have yet to see someone place an IV as smoothly and skillfully as Dr. Shearen did. It was quick, precise, and completely painless. What impressed me even more was the level of care he puts into his work. You can truly tell that he cares about every patient sitting in his chair. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Shearen is an excellent oral surgeon. His skill, professionalism, and attention to patient care are second to none. I truly have no words to fully express how great of a job he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

It was so nice to pay before the wisdom tooth extraction, that way I could just leave when it was finished. Dr. Burns and his assistant were absolutely wonderful. They calmed my nerves and told me what was happening so I wasn’t just wondering. The procedure was so fast and I felt minimal discomfort. It was a pleasant visit. The assistant even gave me extra gauze since I traveled over an hour for the appointment.

The staff was very friendly and efficient on both the initial consultation and actual procedure day. The details of the needed procedure were spelled out very clearly and when the extraction was done the entire process was completed quickly and carefully! Dr. Brown and his assistant were excellent and very considerate of any potential discomfort (there was very little pain - Thanks!!). I highly recommend this team of professionals.

I went to the New Richmond Clinic for a tooth extraction. Oh, my goodness! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Snodgrass and her staff. Friendly staff from the time you walk in the door til you leave. Excellent prep work and then time for the actual extraction. What had been a dreaded experience became a positive one. Dr. Snodgrass was so reassuring that everything was going well and would end well. And it did. Loved her "dad" jokes and assurances that everything was going to be fine. It seemed to be over so quickly. Also excellent instructions for aftercare. Thank you.
