Financial Information

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, and payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition we participate with outside financing companies to assist you with the cost of your procedures. We are happy to submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Usually insurance companies will respond to claims within four to six weeks. Most insurance plans will not pay for the entire cost of your care and your policy may include limitations. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your obligation, and you are fully responsible for fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
